Privacy Policy

Asset & Technology Landscape Audit Solutions LLC ("ATLAS," "we," "us"). atla-solutions.com.

Notice: This Privacy Policy is a working placeholder. The published version on a customer-facing site must be reviewed and finalized by counsel before the site is opened to public traffic. The structure below follows standard mid-market B2B privacy policy sections; the language will be tightened by counsel.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as your name, email, company, and role when contacting us or booking a discovery call), and limited technical information from your browser (IP address, user agent, referrer) when you visit the site.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule calls, deliver contracted services, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

3. Engagement Data (Zero-Data Architecture Note)

The ATLAS audit platform does not transmit customer engagement data — financial records, employee data, or network logs — to ATLAS-controlled systems. Customer data stays in the customer's environment under all four deployment methods. See our Services page for the architecture detail.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

This site uses a small number of cookies and localStorage entries essential to its operation: an announcement-bar dismissal flag, a cookie-consent flag, and any UI state you create. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or cross-site analytics scripts by default; if any are added post-launch, they will be enumerated here and gated behind your consent.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google Calendar for call scheduling. When you click the booking link, you leave the ATLAS site and Google's privacy policy applies. We do not embed Google Analytics or other behavioral trackers on this site at launch.

6. Data Retention

Inquiry information is retained for the duration of the engagement-consideration period plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes. Contact records are deleted on request.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information. Contact us at the email below to make a request.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The backend systems that handle inquiry data are access-controlled and audited. Customer engagement data is handled per the zero-data architecture described in Section 3.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will post the effective date at the bottom of this page. Substantive changes will be highlighted in the announcement bar at the top of the site for at least 30 days.
