Privacy Policy

Asset & Technology Landscape Audit Solutions LLC ("ATLAS," "we," "us"). atla-solutions.com. Effective date: September 9, 2026.

In short: We collect only the information you choose to send us — your contact details and what you tell us about your organization. We do not sell personal information, we do not run advertising or behavioral trackers, and the customer data processed inside an ATLAS audit never leaves your environment.

1. Scope

This policy explains how ATLAS collects, uses, and protects personal information through the website at atla-solutions.com and through communications you send us (contact form, email, and discovery-call bookings). Services delivered under a signed engagement agreement are additionally governed by that agreement, including its data-handling and confidentiality terms, which take precedence for engagement data.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly: when you submit our contact form, email us, or book a discovery call, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, job title, company name, work email, company size, primary concern, and the content of your message or booking.

Technical logs: our hosting infrastructure records standard web-request data (IP address, browser type, access time) for security and operational purposes. These logs are not used to build behavioral profiles.

What we do not collect: advertising identifiers, cross-site tracking data, or behavioral analytics of any kind.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct discovery calls, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services, operate and secure the website, and satisfy legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Engagement Data and the Zero-Data Architecture

Customer engagement data — financial records, employee data, network data, source code, and similar material — is not transmitted to ATLAS-controlled systems. Under all four ATLAS deployment methods, engagement data is processed within your environment or an agreed cloud perimeter. ATLAS does not operate a central data store for customer engagement data. The audit report is delivered to you and owned by you. Any temporary processing environments are decommissioned after delivery under the terms of the engagement agreement.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

This site uses a minimal set of strictly functional storage entries:

a cookie-consent flag recording your preference on this notice;
an announcement-bar dismissal flag recording that you closed the site notice.

We do not load third-party analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies. If that ever changes, the specific services will be enumerated in this section and gated behind your consent.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this site and communicate with you:

Formspree — our contact form transmits your submission through Formspree's endpoint to our email inbox. Formspree processes the submission solely to deliver it; their privacy policy governs that transit.
Google Calendar — discovery calls are booked through a Google Calendar scheduling page. When you click the booking link you leave this site, and Google's privacy policy applies to the booking itself.
Hosting and email providers — static site hosting and email delivery, acting on our instructions.

We do not authorize these providers to use your information for their own marketing or profiling.

7. Data Retention

Inquiry and contact information is retained for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, or deleted sooner at your request. Engagement records are retained in accordance with the engagement agreement and applicable legal, tax, and accounting requirements.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to personal information we hold about you:

to confirm whether we process your personal information and access it;
to correct inaccurate personal information;
to delete personal information;
to receive a portable copy of information you provided;
to object to or restrict certain processing.

U.S. residents (including Maryland, our home state): we do not sell personal information and we do not process personal information for targeted advertising, so no opt-out of those activities is required or offered.

EEA, UK, and Swiss residents: where these laws apply, our legal bases are legitimate interests (responding to business inquiries and securing the site), performance of a contract (delivering engaged services), and consent (where you gave it, e.g., optional communications).

To exercise any right, email founder@atla-solutions.com. We respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Backend systems that handle inquiry data are access-controlled. The ATLAS audit architecture is read-only and client-controlled by design: we cannot modify, write to, or delete anything in a connected system, and engagement data stays within your environment. Please do not send confidential, regulated, or credential material through the public contact form — we only need enough to start a conversation, and the engagement agreement establishes the proper channel for anything sensitive.

11. Changes to This Policy

We will post the current effective date at the bottom of this page. Substantive changes will be highlighted on the site for at least 30 days before taking effect. The version published here is the version in force.
